New for Xmas 2024, we offer a short series of visually stunning, photographic fine art prints from the archive of photographer, John Barry. Digitally scanned to the very, very highest standard from the original ‘Medium-Format’ 120 transparencies, these images have never looked better.
In the early days, John worked closely with Frank/Chris and was responsible for the lion’s share of photo images featured on Frank’s records and in ‘Oink’ comic.
This photo was originally taken sometime around early 1987 and intended for publication in ‘Oink’ comic. However, it has remained commercially unavailable until now.
You might recognise this image as it was upscaled into a life-size mural for the ‘Bobbins’ exhibition at the Manchester Central library, March-April 2019.
